Return and Refund Policy
At Beaumia, our top priority is to guarantee complete satisfaction for our buyers on all purchases. We strive to provide genuine, brand new products that are free from defects or damage. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will accept returns at our expense and provide a full refund within 14 days.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
• Unused and in the same condition as received.
• In the original packaging.
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Return a Product
Return Request
• Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Approval
• Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges will only be made for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team and follow the provided return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. Providing your order number, photos of the damaged or defective item, and a detailed description of the issue will help us process your exchange or refund more quickly.

• Contact your bank; there is often a processing time before refunds are posted.
