Derma Solution aims to provide the smoothest experience in terms of getting your product after purchasing. Every business day (not on weekends), we send deliveries to many long-term partners and new customers, while doing our utmost to ensure our clients satisfied and continue working with us.

The process of delivery can be divided into 2 stages:

1.Processing the order, which involves verification of payment, checking the order and preparing ordered products for the shipping. This stage can take from 24 hours (if the product is at our warehouse) up to 3 days (if the product gets from the manufacturer).
